The Manufest Manufacturing Incubator Program
The BTFL’s Manufest Manufacturing Incubator Program, a transformative
initiative designed to elevate businesses in the realms of product and business
development while honing the managerial skills of participants.
Program Objectives:
✔ Upscaling Businesses: The primary goal of the Manufest Incubator Program is
to facilitate the growth and upscaling of businesses, empowering them to reach
new heights of success.
✔ Product and Business Development: Participants will benefit from
comprehensive training sessions focusing on product development. Additionally,
business development strategies will be explored to enhance overall operational
efficiency.
✔ Managerial Enhancement: The program places a strong emphasis on
improving managerial techniques, equipping participants with the skills necessary
to lead and manage their enterprises effectively.
Training Components
The training component of the Manufest Incubator Program spans a 6-week period,
during which participants will engage in intensive training sessions and hands-on
activities. The training modules include:
✔ Manufacturing Quality Essentials: Participants will delve into the essential
elements of manufacturing quality, ensuring that their products meet the highest
standards in the industry.
Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: This component focuses on
enhancing participants’ public speaking and presentation skills, empowering
them to articulate their ideas with confidence.
✔ Business Model Canvass: A critical aspect of business development,
participants will receive training in constructing a comprehensive and effective
business model canvass, providing a strategic roadmap for their enterprises.
✔ Costing & Pricing: Understanding the intricacies of costing and pricing is vital
for sustainable business operations. This module will equip participants with the
knowledge to set competitive and profitable prices.
✔ Marketing and Sales: In-depth training on marketing and sales strategies will
enable participants to effectively promote their products and services, ultimately
driving business growth.

professionals, and training facilitators within the Business Development ecosystem to
provide expertise, capacity building, mentorship, and training to businesses participating
