Get to know Miss Maureen Browne, Business Management Facilitator at Barbados Trust Fund Ltd.
Meet Maureen Browne, the HR Consultant, Management Trainer, Coach, Facilitator, CNVQ Assessor and Relationship Broker. She appreciates conducting training with the Trust Loan Fund because it gives her the opportunity to partner with them and serve fellow citizens in this transformative initiative.

July 2017 was the beginning of an educational journey into the world of global finance and one of the latest innovation in the industry – Cryptocurrency. It was just over one year later that she was asked to host and teach Level 1 Introduction to Finance covering such financial topics as Financial markets, assets, instruments, principles and much more. In 2018, she completed a certificate in that same course Introduction to Finance. That experience has been quite transformative and aided her greatly in conducting training with the Trust Loan Fund.
Also in that same year, 2018, she completed Coaching and Advanced Coaching courses. Recently in November 2019, she completed an Emotional Intelligence course and in September of that same year joined the John Maxwell Team.
Since 2000, Ms Browne has worked with international HR companies in Barbados with the requisite knowledge and experience to provide cutting-edge HR services. Training has been one of her functions in those positions in areas such as Psychometric Assessments, E-recruitment as well as Interviewing Techniques.
After starting her consultancy – The HR Partner in 2010, Ms Browne has completed a Train-the-Trainer course with the Cave Hill School of Business in 2013 which provided her with additional cutting edge information and practice for sharpening her skills and techniques in Training. Again that year she also completed a certificate in Introduction to Entrepreneurship. She also completed a course in Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2012 and has also been actively providing training in a number of areas for Businesses as part of her services.

Maureen holds a BA in Human Resources Studies and International Business as well as an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management
